Anuj Dave is Practice Lead for the firm’s Ahmedabad office and Practice Co-Chair of the Dispute Resolution practice, the firm’s largest practice vertical. He advises and represents clients across a broad spectrum of complex commercial disputes, white-collar crime matters, and insolvency and debt recovery proceedings, combining courtroom advocacy with strategic dispute management across forums.

His practice is centred on high-value and multi-layered litigation, with extensive experience before trial courts and appellate forums, particularly the Gujarat High Court and the Bombay High Court, and in proceedings before the Supreme Court of India. He regularly acts in matters involving commercial disputes, financial fraud, regulatory enforcement, and recovery actions, including proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and before Debt Recovery Tribunals, often involving parallel civil, criminal, and regulatory dimensions.

In addition to litigation, Anuj has considerable experience in domestic and international arbitration, advising on disputes arising out of infrastructure and construction contracts, shareholder and commercial arrangements, and cross-border transactions.
