Practice Overview

Diksha Rai specializes in competition law enforcement and merger control, bringing over a decade of experience in advising and representing clients on complex antitrust matters. She has assisted in advising an array of domestic and international clients from various sectors in competition law issues, both contentious and advisory. Before joining Clavius Legal, Diksha was part of the competition law team at a prominent full-service law firm in Delhi. She regularly represents clients in high-profile antitrust litigations before the Competition Commission of India (CCI, including the Director General – Investigation), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India.

Her expertise also extends to advising multinational corporations on cross-border transactions, technology transfers, and commercial contract issues. Diksha’s strategic foresight and deep understanding of regulatory frameworks enable her to craft effective strategies for both contentious and advisory matters, making her a trusted advisor to multinational corporations, media conglomerates, and technology firms.
